PlaneWorks Barons make their fortunes (or fall to ruin) in the plane manufacturing business. They do so by designing plane parts or assembling planes to sell to the Whyville government. But Whyville doesn't want just any old plane. Whyville wants batches of planes with special specifications. Each "Call for Planes" is a contract that is open until the End Date.
